It is wonderful to be able to share the Arb with extended family and friends!
Rules for Hosting Guests
- When bringing guests to the club, the sponsoring member must accompany guests at the facility and is responsible for their behavior and actions. If guests arrive separately from their host, the member will be paged to check in their guest.
- Members’ children age 8 or older may bring guests. Children age 8-11 are limited to 2 guests without an accompanying adult, guests must also be at least 8 years old.
- Unaccompanied minors (under age 18) must provide an emergency phone number when checking in.
- Pool management reserves the right to impose a temporary “NO GUESTS” policy to prevent overcrowding.
- Guests must abide by all club operating rules.
- The member is responsible for their guests’ conduct, including following rules and cleaning up after themselves. Members will be charged a $50 clean-up penalty if excessive staff time is needed to clean up after a party or gathering, and non-payment will result in suspension of pool privileges.

Guest Passes
- Each non-member entering the facility requires a guest pass per visit. (Exceptions are noted below.)
- Each Family Membership receives twenty (20) individual guest passes per season.
- Each Senior Membership receives ten (10) individual guest passes per season.
- Members may pay a $5 fee in lieu of using a guest pass, and may purchase additional guest passes for $5 each.
- Guest passes are recorded and tracked on the member’s account by office staff.
- Guest passes are non-transferable and expire at the end of each season. Purchased guest passes do not expire.
Guest Pass Exceptions
- Caregivers registered with the club accompanying member children
- Non-swimming grandparents accompanied by an adult member
- Infants under one year of age
- Club use during a private rental or organized time-bound events like lessons or meets
Planning for Larger Groups
- Up to 9 guests: Members may host up to 9 guests on any day without prior notification, provided a “NO GUESTS” policy is not in place.
- 10-20 guests: Members must schedule their gathering through the Pool Office and receive authorization at least 5 days in advance. A maximum of 2 parties will be authorized to take place at the same time, subject to the Manager’s discretion.
- More than 20 guests: Members wishing to host larger groups should book a private rental.
