Dear Members,

The weather is finally looking up! After rain and even hail this past weekend, we’re excited for Thursday when temperatures are expected to reach 74 degrees. Here’s hoping that as our season heats up, the weather does too!

With that being said, let’s take a look at what’s happening at the Arb this week-

All Teams Season Kickoff BBQ- June 19th 5:30-8:00pm

We invite all members and families of Swim, Dive and Tennis teams to enjoy an evening of fun and Arb spirit before the season begins. If you an your family are planning to attend, please RSVP and volunteer by clicking HERE

After Hours Rentals and Parties-

You may now reserve the pool for Private After-Hours Parties through our Rental Agreement Form and Open Swim Parties through the front office.

Team Apparel-

Apparel orders are open! Order by Wednesday May 27 to receive your new Arbor swag on June 19. We will also offer a second delivery but it will not arrive until mid July.  AHSTC Swag

Otters Club Registration- Link below!

Otters Club offers weekday activities, snacks, and supervision for registered youth members. It’s a great option for working families—kids can stay at the club after morning practices and enjoy a safe, active, and well-supported day.

The Arb will be running a weekend schedule on Monday May 25th for Memorial Day. Adult Lap Swim at 10am, then Open Swim at 1pm. Early Bird and teams practices will be canceled for the day.

Happy first day of practice! Looks like we will have some great weather this week. ☀️
 
Registration
We are currently resolving some form processing issues. If you are one of the handful of families who registered multiple times due to a system error, you should have received an email regarding your refund.
Team Suits and Apparel
Team suits with our new logo are available in our SwimOutlet storefront here. However, if you already have a suit with last year’s otter on it, or prefer plain red, these are also great options. Team suits are always optional, but a solid color suit is recommended for competition.
Our team apparel store is also open here. Be sure to check out the new offerings, with our new Otter logo! To receive your order by mid-June, the order deadline is Wednesday May 27. We will also offer a second delivery, but it will not arrive until mid July.

All Teams Kickoff BBQ
The All Teams Kickoff BBQ will be on June 19 5:30-8:00pm. This is when all members and families of the dive, swim, and tennis teams come together to enjoy an evening of fun and Arb spirit before the season begins. This party happens during Open Swim, so other members will be at the pool too. We will be serving up West Wings chicken, and burgers and dogs with potluck sides. Please RSVP and sign up to volunteer here.
