Hi Dive Team Families,

Reminder: no practice today, Monday May 25.

I hope everyone had a great first week of practice last week! Coach Declan and Coach Maggie enjoyed working with the team and getting to know all of the divers.

Registration

We are just over halfway to our goal of 100 registered divers for the season. Please remind your friends to register if they haven’t yet!

Team Suits and Apparel

New this year, is our Otter Gear Swap! If you have gear to pass along or sell, we would love to help you find a new home for it. Post on our Otter Gear Swap with items you want to gift, sell or are in search of.

Reminder that apparel and custom suit orders are nonrefundable. Check out Kirsty’s swim email here for helpful descriptions of the various swimsuit options.

Picture Day and Pancake Breakfast

Picture Day is June 26. Dive team pictures will start around 9am. We’ll do the team photo first, followed by individual/sibling photos. If you are on other teams, swim starts at 8am, and tennis is around 10am after dive finishes. We will need helpers for breakfast, and to help the photographer keep things running smoothly. Sign up here to help out. Photo order link will be available soon.

Volunteers

I’m looking to fill some key positions for the season. Please reach out if you are interested.

Announcer – train to announce for one half of each home meet this season

Scoring table lead(s) – train on our new computer system and help run the scoring table during meets

Dear Members,

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms they helped protect. Thank you to family members and friends who carry their memory forward with honor and gratitude for their service.

**IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS**

For everyone’s safety, children wearing life jackets must be supervised by an adult age 18 or older within arm’s reach at all times while in the water.

Please ensure life jackets are Coast Guard approved, properly sized, and securely fastened for a safe and comfortable fit.

AHSTC is a smoke free club, vaping or smoking of any kind is prohibited.

Absolutely NO glass on the pool deck.

Any broken glass will result in temporary pool/club closures. Please see office staff or cabana kitchen for alternates dining wear and cups.

Please report any safety concerns to the manager on duty!

Adult Tennis Registration-

Advanced and Intermediate Performance **invitation only** will begin on Saturdays from June 6th-July 17th 1-2:30pm.

After Hours Rentals and Parties-

You may now reserve the pool for Private After-Hours Parties through our Rental Agreement Form and Open Swim Parties through the front office.

Team Apparel-

Apparel orders are open! Order by Wednesday May 27 to receive your new Arbor swag on June 19. We will also offer a second delivery but it will not arrive until mid July. AHSTC Swag

May 31st- Adult Lap Notice

Lifeguards will be training during Adult Lap from 8am-1pm. The guards may need to close 1-2 lanes and use part of the dive tank during this time. Thank you for your flexibility while we ensure the proper training of our staff.
